Super group from Thessaloniki, Seahorse, returns with a brand new album, “Not an A.I. Creature”.

Out now in 200 numbered vinyl copies by Labyrinth of Thoughts.

They were formed in 2016 by four musicians with a history in the Greek rock scene.

Asklipios Zambetas, founding member of Mushrooms and guitarist in Trypes,

Alexis Apostolakis, drummer in Noise Promotion Company and Blues Wire,

Vassilis Vassilopoulos, bassist in Gulag and Monofo,

and Nomik, frontman of Sleepin Pillow and Universal Trilogy.

On their new album they create ten songs with an authentic energy that allows them to move effortlessly from rock riffs to ambient to melodic soundscapes. The material is solid and rhythmic, based on the aesthetics of a modern production.

In an era when artificial intelligence is advancing and with full awareness of the historical momentum and socio-political circumstances, the group takes its compositions one step further, ultimately creating a melodic, human result, ready to emerge as an absolute statement through its existential contradictions.
